Papaya Green Juice provides good flavors and makes you healthy!


INGREDIENTS

Apple 150g, Celery 50g, Cucumber 70g, Papaya 100g, Pear 100g, Spinach 30g

TIP Remove the black seeds of the papaya before blending.

METHOD

  1. Wash the celery, cucumber (stem removed), pear, and spinach clean and slice them properly.
  2. Slice the apple (do not peel) into sizes that fit the mouth. Remove the black seeds of the papaya.
  3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
  4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
