Apple150 g, Celery50 g, Cucumber70 g, Papaya100 g, Pear100 g, Spinach30 g
TIPRemove the black seeds of the papaya before blending.
METHOD
- 1. Wash the celery, cucumber (stem removed), pear, and spinach clean and slice them properly.
- 2. Slice the apple (do not peel) into sizes that fit the mouth. Remove the black seeds of the papaya.
- 3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
