INGREDIENTS
Red paprika50 g, Red cabbage50 g, Strawberry200 g, Apple150 g, Water250 ml
TIPIf you have difficulty eating raw red cabbage, steam it shortly in the microwave.
METHOD
- Cut off the core of the red cabbage and chop.
- Remove the stems and seeds of the red bell peppers. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples.
- Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
