INGREDIENTS
Peach250 g, Kiwi200 g, Carrot30 g, Lemon20 g, Water200 ml
TIPUse full-ripe peaches. Use canned peaches in the off-season.
METHOD
- Pick fully ripe peaches and peel. Remove their seeds and cut.
- Peel and remove the seeds of the kiwis, carrots and lemons and cut.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
NUTRITION
The kiwi is rich in vitamins and minerals. Particularly, the kiwi contains more vitamin C than oranges and lemons.
