Help yourself with this low-calorie smoothie!


INGREDIENTS

Tomato240 g, Cucumber100 g, Cauliflower150 g, Basil10 g, Water200 ml

TIPControl the thickness with water.

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the cucumber seeds. Remove the tomato stems and cut the tomatoes.
  2. Cut the cauliflowers. Wash them in water and rain.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.

NUTRITION

Surprisingly, the pizza flavor solely comes from vegetables! Use full-ripe tomatoes for the smoothie. The red ripe tomatoes have a high content of lycopene.
