Raspberry Pineapple Yogurt Bowl is a wonderful smoothie of healthy tofu and refreshing raspberry and pineapple. With nuts on the top, it can also be a quick and satisfying meal.


INGREDIENTS

Greek yogurt 150g, Tofu 100g, Raspberry 50g, Pineapple 100g, Walnut 50g, Milk 200ml, Ice 50g

TIP Instead of raspberry, you can use other fruits like strawberry, blueberry or kiwi.

METHOD

  1. Cut tofu into 3 parts.
  2. Put greek yogurt, tofu, raspberry, pineapple, milk and ice in the container and blend together.
  3. Now, pour the beautifully made smoothie in a glass and add walnut as a topping.

NUTRITION

Raspberry is rich in water soluble fiber for a lower cholesterol level and also omega 3 fatty acids for heart health.
