Oats are one of the most popular raw foods! These oat cookies have a light taste full of nutrients. Add your home-made jam with them. It will be sweet and yummy!
INGREDIENTS
Oat200 g, Dried persimmon200 g, Almond butter75 g, Vanilla extracta little, Salt1 g, Strawberry100 g, Coconut oil5 g
TIPInstead of dried persimmon, you can use dates.
METHOD
- Soak oats fully in water; rinse them and finely blend 1 cup of oats.
- Put 1 cup of the remaining raw oats and dried persimmon, almond butter, banila powder and salt into the container and blend together.
- Scoop out a full of the mixture 2 times; and off onto a teflon sheet. Use your palms to flatten a bit and use your middle finger to make a small hole.
- Initial drying is to dry the batter at 40℃ for 10 hours; and remove the sheet.
- During the initial drying, blend strawberries, a cup of dried dried persimmon and coconut oil to make a jam for a filling.
- After the initial drying, put the filling in the holes and dry them again for 6 hours.
