TIPEating persimmon with other foods, especially bananas, might disrupt the absorption of iron. So, people suffering serious anemia are not recommended to eat this smoothie.Blend ice cubes as much as you want with other ingredients.
METHOD
- Let iced persimmons thaw outside and remove the seeds.
- Cut carrots into 3 cm. Peel and remove the seeds of the oranges.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
