It’s important to let babies experience various food textures. Through this recipe, your baby can taste soft silken tofu and chewy Enoki mushroom.
INGREDIENTS
Silken tofu 50g, Enoki mushroom 10g, Cabbage 10g, Cooled rice 50g, Water 200ml
TIP You can replace silken tofu with blanched tofu or raw food tofu.
METHOD
- Cut off and discard the roots of enoki mushrooms and clean them. Steam or blanch cabbage to make the flavor milder.
- Put all of the prepared ingredients into the container and blend in soup mode.
