INGREDIENTS

Spinach50 g, Pak choi50 g, Strawberry200 g, Orange200 g, Water210 ml

TIPWhen you wash strawberries, rinsing them in water is enough. If you keep them in water for more than 30 seconds, vitamin C in the strawberry dissolves in water.

METHOD

  1. Wash the spinach and pak chois and cut.
  2. Remove the stems of the strawberries and wash them. Peel and remove the seeds of the oranges and cut.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
