Strawberries250 g, Sugar250 g, Lemon10 g, Water30 g

TIPIt is good to wash strawberries gently with running water; if you put them in water for more than 30 seconds, the vitamin C gets washed out.

METHOD

  1. 1. Wash the strawberries clean with running water, remove the stems, and blend to make strawberry extract.
  2. 2. Peel the lemon and blend.
  3. 3. Put the strawberry extract, lemon extract, sugar, and water in a pot and simmer until thick.
  4. 4. Keep stirring while simmering to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
  5. 5. Pour into a sterilized bottle while it is still hot and close the cap.
