If you have enough strawberries, try to make strawberry puree as well. The recipe is similar to strawberry jam but requires less sugar; it is also more watery than jam.


INGREDIENTS

Strawberries300 g, Strawberry Pulp150 g, Lemon50 g, Sugar50 g

TIPBlend the pulp 3-4 times for puree and heat it. Once it starts to boil, remove the foam and stir to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.

METHOD

  1. 1. Remove the stems of strawberries, wash clean, and blend.
  2. 2. Peel the lemon and blend.
  3. 3. Mix the strawberry pulp and sugar and boil.
