If you have enough strawberries, try to make strawberry puree as well. The recipe is similar to strawberry jam but requires less sugar; it is also more watery than jam.
INGREDIENTS
Strawberries 300g, Strawberry Pulp 150g, Lemon 50g, Sugar 50g
TIP Blend the pulp 3-4 times for puree and heat it. Once it starts to boil, remove the foam and stir to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
METHOD
- Remove the stems of strawberries, wash clean, and blend.
- Peel the lemon and blend.
- Mix the strawberry pulp and sugar and boil.
