Enjoy a new type of soft smoothie of spinach and strawberry.
INGREDIENTS
Strawberry 300g, Spinach 15g, Banana 150g, Lemon juice 20ml, Coconut powder 15g, Peppermint oil 1g, Coconut milk 200ml
TIP You can replace coconut milk with water or ordinary milk.
METHOD
- Cut the strawberries, spinach and bananas.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
NUTRITION
Strawberry contains 80mg vitamin C per 100g, 10 times as much as an apple contains. A daily intake of 6-8 strawberries is enough to meet the daily recommended intake of vitamin C. The strawberry removes metabolism, which leads to less skin trouble; and increases bowel movements to prevent constipation.
