INGREDIENTS
Orange300 g, Celery30 g, Cucumber100 g, Romaine Lettuce70 g
TIPCucumbers have their own unique strong smell like celery. Use cucumbers after removing the tough skin and spines to make milder juice.
METHOD
- 1. Peel the orange, remove the stem of the cucumber, and slice properly.
- 2. Slice the celery and romaine lettuce into proper sizes.
- 3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
