INGREDIENTS
Persimmon200 g, Spinach50 g, Lemon25 g, Almond25 g, Milk250 ml, Honey50 g, Ice cube100 g
TIPPersimmons go bad quickly. Seal them in a plastic bag and store at a low temperature (0℃).Blend ice cubes as much as you want with other ingredients.
METHOD
- Remove seeds of the persimmons and cut.
- Peel and remove the seeds of the lemons. Cut them with spinach.
- Soak the almonds in water.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
