Persimmons are a seasonal fruit in Autumn. Enjoy it in the form of a smoothie.


INGREDIENTS

Persimmon200 g, Spinach50 g, Lemon25 g, Almond25 g, Milk250 ml, Honey50 g, Ice cube100 g

TIPPersimmons go bad quickly. Seal them in a plastic bag and store at a low temperature (0℃).Blend ice cubes as much as you want with other ingredients.

METHOD

  1. Remove seeds of the persimmons and cut.
  2. Peel and remove the seeds of the lemons. Cut them with spinach.
  3. Soak the almonds in water.
  4. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
