A new recipe for the cold smoothie based on green tea that is often enjoyed as a hot tea.


INGREDIENTS

Green tea powder 10g, Strawberry 200g, Banana 200g, Milk 200ml, Ice cube 90g

TIP Recommended to add agave nectar instead of honey for this smoothie.

METHOD

  1. Wash and remove the stems of the strawberries. Peel the bananas.
  2. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.

NUTRITION

Green tea improves skin health and the immune system. Instead of having hot green tea, taste the new green tea based smoothie.
