INGREDIENTS

Sweet potato100 g, Carrot100 g, Apple250 g, Ginger5 g, Water250 ml

TIPBaked sweet potatoes taste sweeter than the steamed ones. Add honey for more sweetness.

METHOD

  1. Cook or bake sweet potatoes and cut.
  2. Peel and remove the seeds of apples and carrots and cut.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.

NUTRITION

The sweet potato is low in calories, but gives a full feeling. Potassium in the sweet potato is effective in lessening swelling and losing weight.
