Watermelon 300g, Apple 150g, Romaine lettuce 50g, Water 210ml

TIP The seeds of watermelon contain lots of nutrients, so it’s recommended to blend them altogether with flesh.

METHOD

  1. Peel the watermelon. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples.
  2. Wash and cut the romaine lettuce.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
