INGREDIENTS
Yam 150 g, Apple 250 g, Water 300ml, Rice embryo powder 2g
TIP If you clean and store yams wrapped with plastic wrapping in the fridge, it can be preserved longerer.
METHOD
- Peel and cut the yams.
- Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
