This recipe is the smoothie of sweet strawberry and yam good for controlling blood sugar. The addition of rice germ powder further provides high nutrition.


INGREDIENTS

Yam150 g, Apple250 g, Water300 ml, Rice embryo powder2 g

TIPIf you clean and store yams wrapped with plastic wrapping in the fridge, it can be preserved longerer.

METHOD

  1. Peel and cut the yams.
  2. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
