METHOD

  1. Peel off potatoes and cut them into pieces; cook in water or steam them.
  2. Peel off yams and chop them into pieces.
  3. Blend cooked potatoes, yams and cooked rice until you get your preferred thickness.
  4. Add salt and sesame oil before eating.
