A combination of cool and sweet banana and espresso!
INGREDIENTS
Frozen Bananas 250g, Milk 250g, Espresso 20g
TIP Peel and freeze bananas for later use.
METHOD
- Thaw the frozen bananas (peeled and sliced properly).
- Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
- Add espresso to the smoothie.
- Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
