A combination of cool and sweet banana and espresso!


INGREDIENTS

Frozen Bananas250 g, Milk250 g, Espresso20 g

TIPPeel and freeze bananas for later use.

METHOD

  1. 1. Thaw the frozen bananas (peeled and sliced properly).
  2. 2. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
  3. 3. Add espresso to the smoothie.
  4. 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
