INGREDIENTS
Chinese yam200 g, Frozen Bananas200 g, Milk100 g
TIPWash the Chinese yam clean and wrap and store it in the freezer to make it last longer.
METHOD
- 1. Peel the Chinese yam and slice into proper sizes.
- 2. Thaw the frozen bananas (peeled and sliced properly).
- 3. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
- 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
