INGREDIENTS

Chinese yam200 g, Frozen Bananas200 g, Milk100 g

TIPWash the Chinese yam clean and wrap and store it in the freezer to make it last longer.

METHOD

  1. 1. Peel the Chinese yam and slice into proper sizes.
  2. 2. Thaw the frozen bananas (peeled and sliced properly).
  3. 3. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
  4. 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
