INGREDIENTS
Chinese yam 200g, Frozen Bananas 200g, Milk 100g
TIP Wash the Chinese yam clean and wrap and store it in the freezer to make it last longer.
METHOD
- Peel the Chinese yam and slice into proper sizes.
- Thaw the frozen bananas (peeled and sliced properly).
- Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
- Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
