METHOD

  1. Slice the steamed sweet potatoes properly.
  2. Thaw the frozen apple (sliced properly).
  3. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
  4. Add the set-type yogurt and honey to the smoothie.
  5. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
