Orange 200g, Frozen Papaya 250g, Milk 50g

METHOD

  1. Peel the orange.
  2. Thaw the frozen papayas (peeled, seeds removed, sliced properly).
  3. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
