INGREDIENTS

Green grape80 g, Watermelon300 g, Spinach20 g, Cucumber100 g, Korean melon200 g

TIPCut a whole grape into small branches with scissors; and wash each grape in running water with baking soda.

METHOD

  1. Wash the grapes and remove them from the branches.
  2. Peel and remove the seeds of the watermelon, cucumbers and Korean melons and cut them with spinach.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.

Watermelon and cucumber are both high in water and potassium for quenching thirst and getting sodium out of body.
