INGREDIENTS

Goji berry(dry) 20g, Bitter melon 100g, Kale 30g, Ashitaba(angelica utilis) 30g, Banana 200g, Drained goji berry soaking water 340ml

TIP Cut the bitter melons into small pieces and keep them in salt water to remove the bitterness.

METHOD

  1. Clean the bitter melons and remove the seeds. Cut the bitter melons, kale and Ashitaba.
  2. Peel and cut the bananas.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
