Kale40 g, Spinach40 g, Parsley20 g, Cucumber150 g, Lemon juice30 ml, Green grape200 g, Water230 ml

TIPYou can replace kale with other green leafy vegetables like celery, ashitaba and pak choi.

METHOD

  1. Cut the kale, spinach and parsley.
  2. Peel and cut the cucumbers. Remove all the green grapes from the branches.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
