TIPYou can replace kale with other green leafy vegetables like celery, ashitaba and pak choi.
METHOD
- Cut the kale, spinach and parsley.
- Peel and cut the cucumbers. Remove all the green grapes from the branches.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
