INGREDIENTS
Raspberry80 g, Pomegranate80 g, Gold kiwi100 g, Apple100g, Carrot30 g, Lemon juice20 ml, Water300 ml
TIPIf raw raspberries are not available, thaw frozen raspberries slightly and blend.
METHOD
- Tear it open into halves and release the seeds of the pomegranates. Wash the raspberries.
- Peel the gold kiwis. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut them with the carrots.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
