INGREDIENTS

Spinach 70g, Carrot 80g, Watermelon 150g, Mango 100g, Apple 100g, Water 210ml

TIP The seeds of watermelon contain lots of nutrients, so it’s recommended to blend them altogether with the flesh.

METHOD

  1. Peel the watermelon and mangoes. Remove the seeds of mangoes and cut both of them.
  2. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples. Cut them with the spinach and carrots.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
