TIPCut the bitter melons into small pieces and keep them in salt water to remove the bitterness.
METHOD
- Peel the cantaloupe and collect only the flesh. Clean and remove the seeds of the bitter melons and cut.
- Peel and cut the carrots.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
