INGREDIENTS

Melon 250g, Bitter melon 100g, Carrot 50g, Water 300ml

TIP Cut the bitter melons into small pieces and keep them in salt water to remove the bitterness.

METHOD

  1. Peel the cantaloupe and collect only the flesh. Clean and remove the seeds of the bitter melons and cut.
  2. Peel and cut the carrots.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
