INGREDIENTS
Tofu250 g, Banana200 g, Coconut water260 ml
TIPIf you replace coconut water with coconut milk, soy milk or regular milk, it will taste good.
METHOD
- Chop the tofu in small square pieces and pat them dry.
- Peel and cut the bananas into 4 pieces.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
