INGREDIENTS

Papaya 200g, Apple 200g, Banana 100g, Soy milk 210ml

TIP You can replace soy milk with coconut milk or coconut water.

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the seeds of the papayas and cut.
  2. Peel the bananas. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
