Pineapple 200g, Kiwi 200g, Pear 150g, Coconut water 150ml

TIP You can replace coconut water with coconut milk, regular milk or soy milk.

METHOD

  1. Peel the kiwis and pineapple. Remove the core of the pineapple and cut.
  2. Peel and remove the seeds of the pears and cut.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
