Orange 300g, Pear 250g, Lemon juice 20ml, Water 130ml

TIP To get lemon extract, extract the lemons that have no seeds. You can replace water with regular milk or soy milk to provide more nutrients.

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the seeds of the oranges and pears and cut.
  2. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
