1. Is amount of water appropriate?
Solution – Refer to the recommended water volume guideline, and adjust accordingly.
2. Did you put powdered ingredients into the cotton pouch?
Solution – Use the cotton pouch to brew powdered ingredients.
1. Check if the glass vessel is properly placed on the base unit
Solution – Slightly turn the glass vessel left and right to properly fit it into the base unit.
2. Check if the filter vessel is properly settle onto the upper flange of the glass vessel.
Solution – Check if the filter vessel is properly settled onto the upper flange of the glass vessel.
3. Check if the holes on the filter vessel are clogged.
Solution – Check if the holes on the filter vessel may be clogged, and clean them if they are.
Check if the machine is processing a function
Solution – For safety purposes, all keys are set to operate from the initial condition. Press ‘Power/Cancel’ for two seconds until “—” is displayed.
Pree ‘Power/Cancel’ once more and see’000′ on display screen befor lecting desired function.
If you wsh to cancel the function that has already started, press ‘Power/Cancel’ for two seconds.
Solution- Check to see if the electrical cord is plugged inproperly.
Solution- Check to see if the lid is tightly locked onto the bowl.
Solution- Check to see if you’re using the proper blade based on the suggestions on page 7 of the manual.
Solution- If you’ve used the appliance continuously for a long time, it may need a couple minutes to reset.
Solution- The bowl is a replaceable component that typically lasts up to a year. Check with a service center to see if you may need a new replacement.
Solution- Check that the parts are perfectly aligned before locking the arms. The parts will only fit in the orientation shown in the manual. Do not force the locking arms shut if parts are misaligned.
Solution- Stop the juicer and reassemble the juicer properly. In particular, make sure the juicing screen is properly seated and no parts are broken.
– Juice may leak out if the pulp container is not fitted properly. Please make sure the pulp container is locked into place.
Solution- The rice has to be completely dry in order to grind properly. For best results, use our NUC large capacity blender.
Solution- If the dough is too watery, then it will stick to the worm screw and it won’t come out.
If the problem is still occurring even though dough batch is good, then add oil to the worm screw.
Solution- Instead of using a juicing nozzle, use the mincing nozzle for better results.
Solution- When juicing, combine low fiber foods (such as carrots) with high fiber foods (suchas kale) to decrease the moisture of the pulp and increase the amount of juice.
Solution- All produce is different, with freshness often times determining the amount of juicein it. To extract more juice out of refrigerated produce,soak them in clean water. Check if the pressure silicone is assembled properly. Also, cut hard ingredients down to size.
Solution- Adding too much food too quickly to the juicer may clog the strainer. Use thereverse button to unclog the food. Also disassemble the parts and clean the strainer.

Solution- It is completely normal that juicing bowl shakes or vibrates a little during operation. Check to make sure the rubber feet at the bottom of the unit are in place, and use only on a flat surface.
Solution- Adding too much food too quickly to the juicer may clog the strainer and/or cause overheating.
Wait a few minutes for the appliance to cool down again. Once the motor starts, use the reverse button to unclog the food.
Also disa ssemble the parts and clean the strainer.
– It is completely normal that juicing bowl is shaking little bit while operating.
Solution- There may be extra pulp accumulated underneath the juicing screw. Firmly press down the center of the drum lid while turning it counte r clock wise to open. Also try pressing “ Reverse ” to unclog any food.
