Carrot Muffin

Moist carrot muffin made of nutritious carrots. It is healthy snack for children.Crunchy carrots will add flavor to the muffin.

  • Carrot (100g), 4 eggs, Sugar (90g),
    Grape-seed oil (120g), Medium flour (200g),
    Salt, Baking powder (4g),
    1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

1. Prepare the carrot in suitable sizes.
2. Fix the blade in the container and put the carrots, eggs, sugar and grape-seed oil in it. Turn the dial to MIN for blending. Set the number of times that you turn the dial depending on the preferred texture.
3. Add flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon powder to the blend and turn the dial to Menu 2. Then, press DOUGH.
4. Fill 70% of the muffin pans and bake them in an oven for about 25~30 minutes at 180°C.
