Premium Kitchen Appliance Brand Kuvings has been actively utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology in its customer marketing efforts.
With AI technology recently gaining global attention, Kuvings is expanding its use of AI to enhance employee productivity and efficiency and to provide differentiated customer experiences.
Kuvings employs AI tools across various functions including marketing, design, and video production. The company utilizes AI for developing marketing strategies and measuring performance, as well as for creating customized images and videos with generative AI tools to continuously produce global content. The image generation AI platform Midjourney, used by Kuvings, is particularly useful for providing unique results from simple text inputs, enabling the creation of new, differentiated content for customers.
Additionally, AI technology is applied in real-time translation and campaign copywriting for product detail pages and newsletter marketing. AI chatbots are also used on the company’s global dealer sites to provide quick and accurate responses to frequently asked customer questions.
Kuvings is also conducting ongoing internal training to further integrate AI into additional roles. A representative from Kuvings stated, “The use of generative AI technology in marketing allows us to quickly create content that aligns with rapidly changing trends and can effectively engage customers.” They added, “We will continue to leverage AI technology to advance various customer marketing activities and strengthen our competitiveness in the global market.”
At the ‘GTC 2024′ event hosted by CEO Jensen Huang of NVIDIA in March 2024, they showcased a humanoid robot using Kuvings’ product (C7000) for juicing.
